PTFE Coating
PTFE, polytetrafluoroethylene, is the best in class polymer for non-stick coatings of pans and other cookware. It is a smooth plastic material with one of the lowest coefficients of friction of any solid and it is heat resistant. PTFE varnish is also fully compliant for food contact use.
All the coatings we offer are of Italian origin and supplied by the best producers in the market (DEKO, Weilburger, Whitford), recognized worldwide. Thanks to their support, we are able to supply products in line with your exact requirements. Along with the long-standing traditional grey and black varnishes, we offer you a broad array of colors to choose from. This allows you to personalize your products to meet customers’ preferences.
Laquer Coating
Colored Laquer is applied to the disc surface before giving shape to the pan/pot. After the manufacturing, it will cover only the outside area and will thus not come into contact with food. Like PTFE, Laquer is also a very flexible coating material, able to go through the deep-drawing process without showing any sign of damage or color change. Due to their organic components, the majority of Laquers are less heat resistant than PTFE coatings; therefore, it is advisable to modify the surface in direct contact with the flame via turning. It is worth highlighting that Laquer coatings are very versatile and can be used to reproduce any tonality of color (perfect for every customization). Moreover, you can choose different styles for the finishing touch: opaque, shiny, bright and metallic.
